Our client is looking for a high profile Operations Manager for one of their highest performing sites in North Carolina! This is a hands on leadership role over the production and warehouse team in a growing facility. The right leader will have a focus on driving cost savings, implementing continuous improvement and creating our next level of leaders in their direct reports.
Ideal Profile
BS Degree or 10+ years experience in food/bev manufacturing
Must have experience in food/bev manufacturing
Past experience managing production with supervisors reporting in
Understanding of CI or TPM programs
Hands on and on the floor leadership focus
